OUR LOCATION

We are located in the center of one of the country’s more abundant agricultural centers, which positions us close to the best and largest farming areas and strategically positions us near the port of Puerto Plata, which is the closest access port to the US mainland. We are also within a one hour drive of two international airports when it comes to our capability to provide products via air freight.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS (FROZEN FRUIT CHUNKS)

After the fruit arrives in our processing facilities, the process begins with cleaning and disinfection of the product. Next, to ensure that we maintain more of the natural juice and sugar of the fruit (to produce a more juicy and flavorful finished product), we pre-cool the fruits to be processed, by bringing the temperature of the fruit down to the processing temperature of 34 degrees F. Next, we peel and cut the fruit into chunks, weigh the fruit, bag it and finally this process ends with our “QF” or blast freezing process for a better texture of fruits pieces.
